These terms ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 22win platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "user", "member"). By registering with 22win or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The 22win website and all digital services under it.
• "Account" — A personal user profile created through registration.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in an account, with or without bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as part of a promotional offer, which must meet specific conditions before it can be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or residence. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being cancelled and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 22win support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

22win may request government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This is a mandatory step to protect funds and prevent fraud.

22win is an adults-only platform. Only individuals aged 21 or older may create an account and use the platform's services. Minors have no right to register.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Providing a false age is a serious violation and will result in the account being closed immediately.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

To make a withdrawal, the account must have eligible funds and all applicable wagering requirements must be met. It is mandatory to fulfil the specified wagering conditions on earnings from bonus funds before withdrawing. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000 is available. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more applies the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times) — on the bonus amount only. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing. No wagering requirement applies to the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each person is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only the earnings generated after fulfilling the wagering requirement become eligible for withdrawal.
• Specific game restrictions may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.
• 22win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 VIP Program

22win has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Advancement to higher tiers is based on regular activity and gaming engagement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22win platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means ("bonus abuse").
• Using programs or bots to place bets automatically.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or security.
• Collusion or collaboration with other users.
• Processing chargebacks or fraudulent payments.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches in platform games.

22win may initiate an investigation upon suspicion of any of the above activities and may temporarily suspend transactions or withdrawals as needed.

22win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Instructions from a court or law enforcement authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (prior notice will be given).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is an available balance at the time of closure and all conditions have been met, it will be returned in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

22win will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors, server interruptions, or internet connectivity issues. However, in such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to review affected transactions.

Information displayed on the platform is maintained to the highest standard of accuracy reasonably achievable. However, gaming outcomes are entirely random and no specific result can be guaranteed. The user acknowledges that gaming activities carry financial risk and that they are participating entirely of their own volition and responsibility.

22win is not directly liable for losses caused by errors in a third-party game provider's system, but will assist in resolving such issues.
